Delivery Times and Charges

We strive to ship orders received by 10:30 AM Central Time on weekdays the same day (excluding holidays). Orders received after the cutoff time will ship out the next business day.

Under normal circumstances, shipping takes from 3 to 7 business days. Our standard shipping charges are based on UPS' or USPS' published rates as of the date of shipment.

Sales Tax

Currently in the State of Texas all over-the-counter (OTC) analgesic pain relief products (such as Relief) are exempt from sales tax.
