How do I use Relief?
GENERAL USE: Adults and children 2 years old and older: apply a small amount to the affected area as needed up to 4 times daily.Simply apply a thin coating to the affected area and gently massage it in until absorbed. For acute and chronic pain use a second application immediately after the first application absorbs.
ATHLETIC USE: Prior to workout, exercise, training, or competition apply a small amount of Relief to the joints and muscles that will be used the most. Gently massage it in until absorbed. During intense training or competition (time permitting) re-apply a small amount to the areas where you're beginning to experience aches or pains. Afterward, apply Relief again to help reduce your recovery time.
